The problem

Describing a favourite sweet by name is not always enough for someone else to find it. Plukk turns a pick-and-mix request into a visual list of the exact pieces and quantities to choose.

What I built

I developed the product workflow and application with AI assistance. A visitor can filter the demo selection, choose sweets, adjust quantities, save a mix and check off pieces while shopping. The public demo includes illustrative products and store selections, not verified live stock.

A mix that can travel

The demo keeps saved lists in the browser. A sharing link contains a copy of the mix, so another person can open it and save their own version without creating an account. The copied mix travels with the link, not through a shared customer database.

A shared copy cannot be recalled by changing the original. That trade-off is explained in the app. This demo has no global public feed or account synchronisation.

The design decision

Make the request visual before making it social. The first task is helping someone choose the right items. Quantities, pictures and a shopping checklist support that task; saving and sharing build on top of it.

Keep the demo’s boundaries clear. A functioning workflow demonstrates the product, but does not establish demand or willingness to pay. The next useful test is whether one person can build a mix and another can shop from it more easily than from a normal message.

Try the public demo. It uses browser-local lists and clearly marked example catalogue data.
